Delivery and Returns
Delivery times for Jewellery Collections:
Gabriella Casemore jewellery is handmade to order with meticulous attention to detail and quality.
Free UK delivery is standard and takes approximately 5-7 days.
Express UK Delivery, 1-2 days, is available for standard jewellery items, please select at checkout.
Delivery times for Bridal Collections:
Delivery times for Bridal headpieces, which are made to order, are usually 2-4 weeks, depending on the time of year, or for a specific agreed date. Bespoke items may take longer, please get in touch to discuss. If your order is more urgent than this please get in touch as rush orders are sometimes possible.
Bridal collection pieces will be sent for free by Royal Mail Special Delivery within the U.K.
Please do not select Express Delivery at checkout for Bridal Headpieces.
Return of unwanted items:

We want you to be completely delighted with your order. We offer a straightforward return policy so that you can try your pieces at home. If they aren't absolutely perfect for you then you can return them for an exchange or refund, as long as they haven't been worn.
Unwanted, unworn items, other than bespoke items, can be returned if you notify us by email within 30 days of receiving your order. You then have 14 days to return items after you have notified us. (**please see bridal exclusions below)
Gabriella Casemore cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returned goods in transit, so we recommend that you use the original packaging and use a tracked and insured service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, to return your order. Postage for faulty or incorrect items will be reimbursed to you.
Please do not return items without first emailing to ensure you are eligible for a refund - and to ensure you complete the returns process correctly.
International returns must be received within one month of notifying of intent to return and any customs fees or duties charged on the return will be deducted from the return amount.
If the items are not received back in their original, saleable condition a refund will not be possible.
** Bridal headpieces will be sent with a security tag attached, once this has been removed the items will no longer be returnable, so please make sure that you are certain about keeping them before you remove the tag. All items can be tried on with the tag in place, but it will need to be removed before wearing for your event.

Bridal Remodelling Service:
If you are choosing to have your headpiece remodelled into jewellery after your wedding day, please follow the return instructions included with your order. Your order will include a prepaid Special Delivery envelope to return your headband to Gabriella for free. You will need to take this to a post office to get proof of posting. Your finished jewellery will be posted back to you for free within 2-3 weeks, beautifully presented in our signature boxes, to treasure forever.
You have one year to return the headpiece for conversion, the cost of conversion is not refundable if you choose not to go ahead. After one year, conversion may still be possible, but costs may have increased and there may be a further charge. Please contact us to discuss.
If you did not choose the remodelling service initially but would now like to have your headpiece remade into jewellery, we can do this for you, please email us.
Gabriella Casemore jewellery is made from nickel-free Ecosilver, with other materials, sourced from U.K. based suppliers which conform to the highest ethical and quality standards. Please see our Sustainability statement for more details.
