Delivery
Most items are held in stock but some of the jewellery is made to order. If an item is in stock it will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within a couple of days of placing the order.

Items which need to be made to order will be delivered in 2-4 weeks, but usually much sooner. Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only.

If you need an urgent delivery please email and Gabriella can usually get it to you. Before dispatch of orders payment must be accepted and billing/delivery address verified.


Overseas Orders
For non-UK delivery addresses, please email your order to us and we will let you know if we can deliver and when.
Please note that overseas orders are not returnable unless faulty and the customer is responsible for customs duty and taxes.


Returns of unwanted items
Gabriella wants you to be completely happy with your product. However if you decide that you do not want the item you can return it, unworn, within 14 days of your receipt of the items.

Please inform Gabriella of your intention to return goods in writing by email or letter. Please return to the address below, packaged and sent in exactly the same way that you received it.

Goods received back damaged due to inadequate return packaging or postage cannot be refunded. Return postage must be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, unless faulty. Specially commissioned items cannot be returned, unless faulty.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment. Returns cannot be accepted after 14 days from receipt by the customer.

Faulty or incorrect items
You must inform Gabriella of any problems within 7 days of delivery and she will resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

If your goods arrive faulty, damaged or are not what you ordered an exchange or full refund will be given, provided that goods are returned in the condition sent.

After seven days of receipt of your goods, Gabriella shall not be liable for any items said to arrive faulty.

Willful damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of the refund or exchange policies.
Items which are thought to become faulty after this time will be treated case by case. Please email or phone to discuss the problem.
